About Me

I am a marketing and communications professional with a passion for transforming ideas into meaningful stories, memorable experiences, and measurable results. With a master’s degree in Sport Administration and experience spanning digital marketing, website management, social media, graphic design, photography, publishing, hospitality, and live event engagement, I bring a versatile and audience-focused approach to every project. My work is inspired by the industries and communities I care deeply about, including sports and motorsports, Kentucky bourbon and horse country, hospitality, nonprofit organizations, and faith-based initiatives. Whether I am developing a campaign, strengthening a brand’s digital presence, designing visual content, or helping an organization better connect with its audience, my goal is to create thoughtful, authentic work that serves a clear purpose and leaves a lasting impression.

Experiences

Catholic Diocese of Lexington

Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Lexington, KY | August 2023 - Present

In my communications role with the Catholic Diocese of Lexington, I manage and optimize content for cdlex.org, serving as both webmaster and content editor for a website reaching more than 1,500 daily users. I coordinate articles, announcements, and digital materials from more than 50 contributors, guiding content through revisions, approvals, fact-checking, and version control to ensure each item is accurate and published on schedule. I also develop and publish social media content across diocesan channels, contributing to a 60% increase in followers through consistent storytelling, event promotion, and audience-focused campaigns. My work extends into photography and visual design, with original images and graphics appearing across digital campaigns, diocesan publications, and Crossroads magazine. In collaboration with the Hispanic ministry editor, I design and format the Spanish-language newsletter El Peregrino, organizing bilingual content into clear, accessible, and reader-friendly layouts. Across each platform, I help translate diocesan initiatives, events, and organizational priorities into cohesive communications that inform and engage Catholic communities throughout Central and Eastern Kentucky.

Nashville Sounds
Promotions Team
Nashville, TN | March 2023 - July 2023

I helped bring the ballpark experience to life through live contests, on-field activities, giveaways, and other fan-facing promotions. I interacted directly with guests, supported promotional setups, and helped execute game-day production elements for crowds of approximately 7,500 spectators. I worked alongside marketing, operations, and entertainment staff to keep promotions organized, on schedule, and aligned with the team’s brand and departmental goals. The role required adaptability, strong communication, and close attention to timing, especially when coordinating with internal teams and responding to changes during live events.

Vanderbilt Sports Properties
Marketing Intern
Nashville, TN | September 2022 - December 2022

At Vanderbilt Sports Properties, I worked across sponsorship fulfillment, digital content, fan engagement, and live gameday broadcasting. During Vanderbilt Athletics events, I documented sponsor signage, promotions, and activations to confirm that partnership obligations were delivered accurately and to provide proof-of-performance materials for corporate partners. I designed and distributed biweekly newsletters featuring promotions, upcoming events, and property updates, creating a potential publishing cadence of approximately 26 editions per year. I also managed live posts and audience interaction through the property’s Twitter/X account, helping keep followers informed throughout gamedays. During Vanderbilt football games, I coordinated tailgate broadcast logistics, supported radio hosts, and helped manage the timing and presentation of fan-facing programming in a fast-moving live event environment.

Legends Hospitality
Merchandise Associate
Nashville, TN | September 2022 - December 2022

While working as a Merchandise Associate with Legends at the Tennessee Titans Pro Shop, I helped create a welcoming and energetic retail experience for fans visiting Nissan Stadium. I greeted customers, learned what they were shopping for, and recommended apparel, collectibles, and complementary merchandise based on their interests. I also explained product features, sizing, and promotions while using add-on recommendations to support sales. Behind the scenes, I restocked merchandise, maintained organized displays, completed inventory counts, and helped keep the store ready for high-volume gamedays and events. I also assisted with temporary event gift shop setups by following planograms, arranging products, preparing fixtures, and supporting inventory control across a venue that regularly hosted tens of thousands of guests.

Tennessee Titans
Premium Services Concierge
Nashville, TN | August 2021 - January 2022

I delivered a high level of hospitality to Premium Partners, suite holders, and guests throughout Nissan Stadium. I provided concierge support on assigned suite levels, answered questions, assisted with guest needs, and helped resolve service concerns in real time to maintain a polished and welcoming experience. I also documented premium service issues for post-event follow-up, giving the department accurate information to address concerns and strengthen future service delivery. The role required professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to respond calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced NFL event environment.
